Data Controller (joint controllers): European Marathon Classics LLP and the EMC marathon organizers. Purposes of processing: registration and account management, administration of participation in the Series, verification of results, organizational contact, and—where consent is given—marketing communication. Scope of data: we process the data provided in the registration form as well as results from previously completed marathons: first name, last name, bib number, and official result, for the purpose of confirming completion of the Series. Image: the Participant's image recorded during marathons through photographs and video materials constitutes personal data and is used upon acceptance of the Regulations. Your rights: access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
